The Caldwells came to Colorado and stayed with us!!! As always, it was too short. And this one was all work and no play, because they were here to get a rental ready to sell :( But, none the less, it was SO GREAT to see them! We love you Caldys! Seeing Isaac made our hearts happy!
Isaac and I have the same birthday, so we did a little early b-day present exchange.

I'm sure you've heard of the day the music died? Well, this was the day that Angela's love for the Kitchen in Boulder died. It was very sad, but these are the pictures before that...
Ang, we continue to marvel at your coffee/wine juggling skills... ;)(For my readers who are wondering more about Angela's love for the kitchen dying-ALI!- It goes like this: Daren and Angela LOVE LOVE LOVE The Kitchen. It was their favorite CO restaurant (next to Efrains of course!). Last time they were here, they tried to go to get their fix. But, it just so happened that it was the ONE day of the YEAR that they were closed for cleaning or something like that. Not to be deterred, this visit, we tried again. We waited for OVER an hour (with two small children!) and when the not so perky hostess who told us originally the wait would be 30-40 minutes told us that it'd be another 15 minutes, we left. It was there and then that Angela declared her lost love for The Kitchen. She also wisely commented that eventually we need to stop kidding ourselves and own up to the fact that for this stage in our lives, we're really more ChuckE Cheese people now...and should give up the fancy brunch act. )

On Ang and Isaac's last night we met the Isenbergs for a family fun dinner at the Vista Ridge Clubhouse...it was way fun. Mimi LOVED being with Gianna and mimicking EVERYTHING she did. It was very cute.

SO CUTE! A couple of thoughts after reading this...lets try the kitchen one more time only with reservations and no kiddos, well, actually I'm going to think about this a little bit longer! 2nd thought...can we start a clothes-flix program? Like netflix, but with our clothes. I would really love to wear that great coral jacket again! :) Miss you guys. I think Ben needs to get back to his roots and move his fam back to Indiana!
