Aunt Paytie is here! And we've loved every minute :)
She came on Labor Day and Grandpa Skip came over to say hi.

My kids waste no time getting Aunt Paytes to play with them...
Labor Day was the perfect fall day..hot sun, cool air.

And since Labor Day, I've been enamored with fall.
The long shadows, the setting sun...and this girl in her overalls.
Fall means tulip planting time...
...And harvesting plums
(that I really have no idea what to do with)
and the smokey smell of the BBQ
