Farewell Summer

Grass, you've been the BEST part of our summer.

Hummingbirds, you came in a close second.

2 year doc appt where we learned that Bode is a growing boy and is right on track for where he needs to be (even though we can see his sternum), love you.

Crazy outdoor splash parks and concerts and evenings spent outside until 9, you'll be missed.

Then there's all of the fun times we had with so many great friends all summer....

(look closely. That's Lincoln Olson, Eric and Kacey's little man. Not Bode! Hard to tell though, right?! They even were wearing the same type of long-sleeved navy shirt with their little blonde toe-heads...)

Friends being in town is what makes summer great.

Now if you excuse us, we need to go dust off our leggings and boots and Buffs and Broncos apparel. Fall is sneaking around the corner. At least that's what those semi-chilly mornings are telling us. Pumpkin Spice Lattes, here we come :)
