Mimi drew this the other day.
It's Daddy and Baby Benjamin Larson (who we had just hung out with, without Ben. I think it's cute that she drew them together...probably because of the shared name :).
Now comes the "Mom Gush" moment...
I was SO SUPER impressed. I see Ben's spiky hair, his eyes and his mouth, even fingers. And Benjamin is in his baby carrier, just like he was when we were with him.
The impact of this work of art was greater because I've seriously never seen her draw like this before. Normally she scribbles half-heartedly on a piece of paper and hands it to me. There's no forms, or nothing that resembles anything.
So to have her bust out this likeness was pretty cool.
