Little Boy

Nothing says "BOY" more than a ball cap...

Oh Bode boy.

You are still standing up (on everything, but mostly your crib). You just don't know how to let go yet. Even though it's so cute to see your little tiny body upright in your crib, with your face barely peeking over the top rail, it's become a frustration-for you AND us. Sweet boy.  You'll get it.

You like eating anything and everything. Even though you love baby food, you're definitely more interested in what we're eating. No one can fool you. You KNOW it's better...

You've had french fries, pizza crust, goldfish crackers, smoothies and ice cream.

You love to suck on your "swaddle" blanket. Even though we don't swaddle you any more (you're almost 8 months for goodness sake!) you've become accustomed to sucking on the blanket corner to fall asleep.

You're a graduate of "Daddy Boot Camp." Ben slept on the couch for three nights, to let you cry, while I got some much needed sleep. It felt like we may have been making progress, then the standing up started! I guess if it's not one thing, it's something else! ; )
