Tradition

There are lots of little things that make my Dad who he is. One is that he likes to run hot with the same restaurant. Over and over and over...you get the idea. When I was growing up it was The Boulder Salad Company. We literally went there every week of my childhood until they closed. He has filled that void with The Olive Garden. It's become the place of many a family get together. Here was our latest one:

Mimi wore her new Rapunzel dress and a ribbon tiara thing. Ben said that he felt like he was eating next to a "Carnie." (Then we realized that he meant someone from the Renaissance Festival. Same thing.)

Can you tell who was sitting closest to my dad and the camera?!?

After all of this time, I realized just to smile. Cause if you don't, you'll get a picture of you looking grumpy or taking a big bite of food blown up to a 16 x 20.

Oh, and getting money helps me to smile too.

Thank you Olive Garden. For the all you can eat breadsticks, salad with whole black olives and for great family memories.
